Before receiving mails from mail server, please make sure setting up the mail server information. Please refer to Account Property Settings for settings.

Click Receive bottom on the menu bar will pop up a Receive Mails dialog box for receiving mails from existing mail account. If the existing mail account contains many POP3 accounts, please click the pull down arrow right beside the Receive bottom to receive mails from one of the POP3 accounts. Press F4 key or click Files then click Receive All bottom to receive mails from all existing accounts.

When finish receiving, there will be a fade in window on the right bottom of window to remind how many mails you have received. If receive failed, the fade in window will remind the reason of failure.

System default saving incoming mails in the Inbox folder, however, if you have set up the Mail Filter, then the incoming mails will be save in the folder according to the filter rules you have defined.
